About Independent Grappling Jiu-jitsu
Independent Grappling is a jiu-jitsu academy at 1111 Barranca in El Paso, Texas that bills itself as the area's only competition-focused school, with grappling aimed at ADCC, IBJJF and superfight competition. It packages training with strength and conditioning from Torch Fitness and recovery protocols from Rouge Recovery, and its athletes travel and compete as a team. It still takes members who train purely for fitness, self-defense or personal growth, and runs weekday evenings plus Saturday mornings.
