About UNIDADE jiu jitsu/Grappling/kickboxing

UNIDADE, formerly ONE Jiu-Jitsu, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy in Lyon 9e (Vaise) occupying 700 m2 with two rooms totalling 400 m2 of mats, changing rooms and a café lounge, open seven days a week. It teaches BJJ (gi), grappling, freestyle wrestling, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA to adults from 16 and BJJ to children and teens from 5 to 16, with national titles and European and world medals to its name. Founder and coach Arnaud Piété has 40 years in martial arts and is a French and European BJJ champion and a world sport-pancrace champion.
