Interlaken is the Berner Oberland tourism hub between the Thuner See and Brienzer See, hosting one MMA + BJJ gym serving the alpine valley. Instruction is in German.

Elements — Kampfsport in Interlaken und Bern (Waldeggstrasse 89, since 2019) is a state-of-the-art MMA gym in the Berner Oberland with a partner school (Joker Jiu Jitsu Bern) providing the BJJ thread. MMA classes Tue (Grappling) + Fri 19:00-20:30. The Elements network spans multiple sub-brands: Elements Formation, Elements Fight Team, Elements an der Aare (MMA + BJJ), plus Boxen, Kickboxen, Yoga and Kids. The signature value tier is the All Trainings — Monatlich at CHF 100/mo (or CHF 500/6mo = CHF 83/mo) giving unlimited access to all Interlaken + Bern + Joker Jiu Jitsu trainings (13/week in Bern + 8/week in Interlaken).
