About Rocha Academy of Jiu Jitsu
Rocha Academy of Jiu-Jitsu runs anti-bullying and self-defence Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu after-school programmes for children aged 5-12, delivered on-site at schools and rec centres across Coquitlam and North Vancouver rather than from a single gym. Classes pair students by age, weight and skill level and combine movement warm-ups, goal-oriented BJJ games and cooperative team games. Coach Gui Rocha leads the programmes.
