BJJ in Rancho Cordova

Rancho Cordova sits on the eastern edge of the Sacramento metro along Highway 50 and contributes two listings serving Sacramento, Folsom, and the American River corridor. Bragiao BJJ MMA is run by Felipe Bragiao under the Carlson Gracie Junior lineage, with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, and Junior/Youth programs — the city's primary Carlson Gracie-tree option in the Capital Region. Ohana Mixed Martial Arts is a fully-stacked MMA school combining striking (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, TKD), transition (wrestling, judo) and ground (BJJ, ground & pound) under owner Jonathan Calizar (TKD 6th Dan), with BJJ taught by Professor Ilan Ghitman; the Ohana Fight Team competes in grappling and Youth Pankration MMA.
