About Core Combat Chiang Mai
Core Combat Chiang Mai, established 2013 on Changklan Road, is the only school in Northern Thailand fully licensed by the Ministry of Education. It teaches BJJ No-Gi, Muay Thai, MMA, western boxing, Eskrima (Filipino martial arts), emergency self-defense, junior kickboxing and private training, with open mat and open sparring sessions, and supports 5-year DTV 'Soft Power' and ED visas through its courses. Head coach Sakan Lam has 18+ years of martial arts experience; Coach Earl is an IBJJF and ADCC gold medallist from a BJJ-based MMA system.
