About Idahome Jiu-Jitsu

Idahome Jiu-Jitsu is a family- and veteran-owned Brazilian jiu-jitsu gym at 2922 Cleveland Blvd, Ste 600 in Caldwell, ID, founded in August 2024 by Professor Ryan Chroninger, an Army and Idaho Army National Guard veteran of 28 years who started teaching jiu-jitsu to fellow veterans. It expanded to kids' classes in early 2025 and added a cage and Muay Thai the same year, taught in partnership with Isaac Tijerina of Time and Distance Muay Thai. Two of Ryan's sons now coach at the gym, and it is an affiliate of the We Defy Foundation, which funds training for combat veterans.
