Brazilian jiu-jitsu and grappling academy led by 4th-degree black belt Jean-Louis Mbongo, with sites in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Vanves and Étampes. The Issy programme runs gi JJB and grappling on weekday evenings at the Complexe Sportif de la Source, plus a Saturday beginners class, a kids class and a Sunday open mat.
