Ground Rules Jiu Jitsu is a community-focused academy in downtown Tinley Park, established November 2022 by four training partners. The school welcomes students of all ages (3 to 60+) and is led by multiple black-belt coaches under Professor Israel Reyes (multi-time World and Pan American champion).
