Armazen is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy at Alto da Bela Vista in Agualva-Cacém (with a second mat in Alfragide, Amadora) that runs a dedicated beginners class before students move into general classes paired with a more experienced training partner. It teaches adults, children, a women's class and privates, leans on the martial/self-defence side including standing work, supports competitors, and has a gym plus a wellness room with massage and physiotherapy. Saturdays are a family jiu-jitsu class at 10:30 followed by an open mat from 11:00 to 13:00, open to visiting members of other academies.
