About PREGO HOUSE
Prego House is a 300 m² wellbeing centre in the Los Altos del Burgo shopping centre in Las Rozas de Madrid, run by the Asociación Prego Sports. It offers more than twelve activities for all ages and levels — yoga, pilates, dance, barre, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, capoeira, self-defence and MMA — in purpose-designed studios with changing rooms and a steam room.
