About Ground Control MMA Columbia
Ground Control MMA Columbia is a full-service mixed martial arts academy in Columbia, Maryland, part of a Ground Control group that says it has trained in Maryland for over three decades. It teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu (gi and no-gi), Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling and MMA, plus kids' classes, a dedicated ladies' jiu-jitsu class and private lessons, and the coaching team is described as headed by two jiu-jitsu black belts and a striking coach.
