Academia Wanda Bambirra on Rua do Uruguai in Sion, Belo Horizonte, has run for 42 years as a family club spanning four generations, mixing martial arts, dance, swimming and fitness. Its martial arts wing covers jiu-jitsu, kids' judo, karate, karate combate, kickboxing and krav maga; the jiu-jitsu programme is run inside AWB by Samurais Jiu Jitsu, open to men and women from age 4, with classes of 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on level and an exclusive 'Fast Track Training' teaching method.
