About Cortex MMA

Cortex MMA on McCauley St in Alexandria, Sydney teaches MMA, no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing and strength & conditioning for beginners through competitors, with kids and teens from age 8 and an explicitly women-friendly room.
