About Forza Jiu Jitsu Ashfield
Forza Jiu Jitsu Ashfield on Liverpool Rd runs gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu six days a week for adults, from a dedicated beginners class through all-levels, gi and no-gi intermediate, a gi-and-no-gi competition class and a free Sunday open mat, plus adult kickboxing beginner and sparring classes and kids BJJ banded 4-6, 7-10 and 11-15. Two women's-only classes run each week, gi on Monday and no-gi on Wednesday. Four of its five instructors are black belts - Daniel Ung (3rd degree), Daniel Mastracci (2nd degree) and Lance Billimoria (1st degree) all promoted by Elvis Sinosic, and Frances Bavaro (1st degree), an international competitor who has taught women's classes since 2017.
