About Northern Beaches Jiu-Jitsu Academy
Northern Beaches Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Cromer was established in March 2019 by locals Jack and Gill Cox and is the only Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association affiliate on Sydney's Northern Beaches, teaching Gracie Jiu-Jitsu through the PSBJJA curriculum. Classes run six days a week for kids aged 4-15 - Little Nippers (4-5), Nippers (5-6), Grommets (7-10) and Titans (11-15), with kids boxing too - and adults 16+, covering a 6-week intro program, gi and no-gi fundamentals, an advanced curriculum for blue belts and above, several weekly open mats and a women's self-defence workshop. Membership is ongoing rather than term-based and there are no sign-up fees or lock-in contracts.
