About Hunter Valley Martial Arts Centre
Hunter Valley Martial Arts Centre teaches Chitokai karate, Kobudo, FightFit Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu across several Newcastle-area centres including Green Hills, Maitland. Its BJJ program runs a 10-week fundamentals course (14+), women's and girls' BJJ (10+), Mat Rats kids BJJ (6-14) and Mini Mat Rats (3-6), headed by Sensei Kelie Fisher, a BJJ black belt (2023), 2017 Australian Girls in Gi Sydney champion and 2018 IBJJF World Masters bronze medallist.
