About Advance Grappling
Advance Grappling in Wyong is an independent, locally owned submission-grappling (modern no-gi jiu-jitsu) room serving the Central Coast. Coach Jack Goodwin-Bainbridge is a first-degree BJJ black belt who has trained since 2012 and taught adults and children since 2014, competing at every belt level locally and internationally. Kids programs run as KindyGrapple for 3-5 year-olds and JuniorGrapple for 4-13 year-olds, with adults training on memberships of two, three or unlimited days a week. The gym also runs the Vanguard Grappling Championship.
