About The Jiu Jitsu Lounge
The Jiu Jitsu Lounge, established in 2024 in Ridgewood, Queens, is a No-Gi only BJJ academy led by co-head coaches Professor Luis Cabrera and Professor Andrew Franco (both 1st degree black belts and active competitors). They offer adult submission grappling, kids BJJ, and a competition/coach mentoring program. Submission grappling is the sole focus of training.
