BJJ in Belmont

Belmont, on the western edge of the Charlotte metro across the Catawba River in Gaston County, hosts GYM O — a multi-discipline martial arts academy offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), MMA, Muay Thai, Kids Classes, and Personal Training. The coaching staff includes BJJ black belt Scott Bell (since 2011), MMA and kickboxing veteran Diego Costa (50+ pro fights), and head coach Seky Delfino — a 3x World Taekwondo champion with black belts in Judo and Taekwondo and a Bachelor in Physical Education. Pricing is not published; the academy does not allow drop-ins and asks prospective students to schedule a visit.
