100% Martial Arts & Fitness has been running since 1991 and has three Ottawa-area locations; this is the Nepean studio at 1903 Merivale Road. Programs are kids' martial arts, adult martial arts, kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Nepean's head instructor Steve Lyrette is a BJJ 2nd-degree black belt under Professor Fabio Holanda and a 7th Dan jiu-jitsu Shihan with 30 years' experience.
