About Pathway Jiu Jitsu

Pathway Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling Club is a family-run school on Iber Rd in Stittsville, Ottawa, opened in 2012 and specialising in grappling, wrestling and MMA. Jiu-jitsu was its original art; today its grappling system blends BJJ with wrestling, sambo and judo. Coach Ryan Hickey is the Cage Wars bantamweight champion and Ontario's number-one ranked bantamweight, and the wrestling club has podiumed at every level of competition in Canada. Kids grappling runs Tuesdays and Thursdays and trial classes are always free.
