About Hamilton BJJ
Hamilton BJJ trains inside the Croatian Sports and Community Centre on Green Mountain Rd E in Stoney Creek and represents the Robson Moura Nations United Association. Adult classes run gi and no-gi on weekday evenings with midday sessions on Tuesday and Thursday, plus weekend drills-and-rolling open mats, and kids classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays for ages 5-9 and 10-14. Owner and head coach Aaron Dedrick began training in 2006 and is a black belt under world champion and IBJJF Hall of Famer Robson Moura; he is a former police officer, a certified teacher, and opened his first strength and conditioning gym in 2010.
