About The Flock MMA Academy
The Flock MMA Academy is a Leaside (East York, Toronto) mixed martial arts gym teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing and strength & conditioning for kids (4-13) and teens/adults (14+). It is led by owner Professor Ashton Nemdhari, a 1st-degree BJJ black belt and pro MMA fighter, and also runs women-only self-defence sessions and a family training program.
