About Trillium MMA

Trillium MMA is a Scarborough and Markham martial arts gym (formerly Apex Sanshou Team) founded in 2014 by three Sanda competitors who all earned BJJ black belts in 2024. The Birchmount Rd location runs gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, MMA from novice to professional, a Friday no-gi open mat and kids/youth BJJ and kickboxing from age 5. It fields an active amateur and professional MMA fight team.
