About The Lab Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu

The Jiu-Jitsu Lab is a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy on Weber St N in Waterloo, Ontario with roots back to 1998, led by head coach Brandon Twaddle, an IBJJF No-Gi World silver medalist, with IBJJF World Champion Dave Knowles teaching the weekend no-gi and competition classes. Classes run seven days a week — kids (5-15), beginners, all-levels, women's only, drilling, a free open mat, no-gi and competition.
