Magoo Jiu-Jitsu is the first jiu-jitsu academy in Londrina, Paraná, started in late 1995 by Vinicius Canevari ("Magoo"), a Rio native who began training in 1989 at the Instituto Clube Barra de Jiu-Jitsu and was promoted to black belt in 1999 by Eduardo Brigadeiro. In 30 years it has graduated 109 black belts and now has more than 350 active students, running gi, no-gi, fundamentals, women's, kids, teen and judo classes across two mats.
