About Therien Jiu-Jitsu & Kick Boxing
Therien Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing has been teaching in the Gatineau-Hull area since 1968 and runs programs in traditional jiu-jitsu, kids jiu-jitsu from age 4, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (grappling), mixed martial arts and weight loss, plus a virtual jiu-jitsu curriculum for training at home. The BJJ program at the Gatineau and Hull schools is led by Shihan Robert Ladouceur and Nicolas Bergeron and is tied to the Gringo Jiu-Jitsu competition team, with Professor Fernando 'Gringo' Zulick and Sensei Ely Camejo running regular seminars, gradings and promotions. Students can train BJJ up to five times a week.
