450 Jiujitsu is a no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy on Autoroute 440 in Laval, one of two gyms on Montreal's Rive-Nord (the other in Terrebonne). Programs cover adult beginners, advanced/competition (IBJJF and ADCC prep), kids 5-12, teens, a women's class led by black belt Serah Kong, wrestling led by Jad, and open mat. Coaches are black and brown belts trained under Firas Zahabi at Tristar Montreal; no contracts and no hidden fees.
