About Arena BJJ
Arena BJJ Montreal is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school on Rue de Port-Royal O founded in 2013 by Marcello T. Souza, a black belt from Curitiba who was promoted in 2005 by Master Evanry Gurgel, a pioneer of jiu-jitsu in southern Brazil. It offers gi group classes and a kids program for ages 8 to 13, taught in the Arena lineage. Marcello previously ran a Montreal gym at Budokan for ten years before relaunching Arena BJJ Montreal.
