Unicity Gym is a 24-hour gym on Boulevard Laurentien in Montreal running an MMA program (wrestling, kickboxing/Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu and boxing), a dedicated boxing program, and separate women's circuit training and Pilates classes - the separate men's and women's classes are intended to make training accessible to Montreal's Muslim community.
