Harlequins BJJ at Shop 18/200 Grand Avenue, Forest Lake, Brisbane teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in gi and no-gi for all levels using an ecological approach, plus no-gi submission grappling and a youth program split into Mini Quins (4-7) and Quin Warriors (8+). Morning and evening adult sessions run Monday to Friday with a Saturday morning block.
