ACE Health & Recovery at Shop 3, 900 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, Queensland is owned and head-coached by Professor Alfred Campbell, a 2nd degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and active competitor. It combines a martial arts program (BJJ, kickboxing, MMA, self-defence, strength & conditioning) with flexibility (yoga, hot yoga, pilates, mobility) and recovery facilities (float tank, ice bath, massage, sauna), plus an in-house creche.
