About Flow Jiu Jitsu Jardim Botânico
Flow Jiu Jitsu is Mestre Aureo Couto's academy, with units in Ipanema and at the Clube Militar in Jardim Botânico, Rio de Janeiro. Couto has taught children and adults for more than 25 years and is an Abu Dhabi champion. The programme covers Flow Kids, adult morning and evening classes mixing white through black belts, Flow Women for female students of all levels and Flow Fight, a self-defense class.
