About Monzo Behring Jiu-jítsu, Judô
Escola Monzo Behring teaches jiu-jitsu at Nest Crossfit on Av. Nilópolis, Porto Alegre, RS, across Kids, Juvenil, Adulto, Sênior, women's and private classes plus a "Jiu-jitsu Executivo" stream for the over-40s. Its sensei is a black belt and world champion - the first woman to earn a black belt at Winner Behring - with teacher training, a physical education degree and a postgraduate qualification in jiu-jitsu. Classes are adapted to each student's level, goals and limitations even in group sessions, and the school presents itself as the first LGBTQIA+ martial arts school in Rio Grande do Sul.
