Martial Arts Center Thomas Maier is a family-run martial arts center founded in October 2007 by Thomas Maier (8. Dan, BJJ black belt). The center teaches Hapkido, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Free Fight / Thai-Kick Boxen, Arnis/Kombatan and Dim Mak — a Hapkido-rooted multi-style program with BJJ as one of multiple grappling/striking arts. Kids and adult tracks plus a Hapkido-tradition heavy curriculum make this distinct from the BJJ-pure-play model dominant in central Zürich.
