Checkmat Zurich Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Dübendorf is the canton's Checkmat international BJJ team affiliate — head coach Vinícius Azevedo BB carries the deep lineage Mitsuyo Maeda → Carlos Gracie Sr. → Hélio Gracie → Osvaldo Alves → Vinícius Azevedo (with the Vinícius Azevedo line tracing through the Osvaldo Alves school, a classic 1970s Rio thread). Programs include Kids BJJ (ages 3+ to 12), Kids NoGi, Beginners Gi/NoGi and All Levels — plus a women's program. Drop-in CHF 0 (free trial).
