About Grappling Bros Wollongong - GFTeam NSW

Grappling Bros is a GF Team New South Wales academy group with seven locations - Wollongong (this record), Arncliffe, Penrith, Plumpton, Rydalmere, Stanmore and Belconnen ACT. It teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo and a no-gi/self-defence program for all ages, plus a school holiday program and Groundforce rugby training that applies BJJ and judo to tackles and control. Founder and head black belt Diego Barreto holds titles across Brazil, Australia and Pan America.
