About Pura Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Pura Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has served Hamilton and the surrounding area since 2009, training inside the Global Martial Arts Academy on Stone Church Road East. Led by black belt professor PJ O'Sullivan, it follows the modern jiu-jitsu system of Rafael and Guilherme Mendes, with adult gi and no-gi classes and a kids program for ages 10-16.
