About Insight Jiu-Jitsu Academy
Insight Jiu-Jitsu Academy on Waterworks Rd in Ashgrove West trains gi and no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu seven days a week in a new air-conditioned facility with sprung floors and showers. The timetable runs 6am gi and no-gi sessions, weekday lunchtime no-gi, an evening block with gi, no-gi, a beginners Fundamentals class and a Competition Prep session, age-banded kids classes for 4-8 and 9-13 on weekday afternoons plus a Saturday morning kids block split 4-6, 6-8 and 9-13, and a long Saturday gi class. Head coach Hayden Tattersall is a 2nd degree Alliance Jiu-Jitsu black belt with more than fifteen years of grappling experience. New members get a free one-week trial.
