MMA and no-gi jiu-jitsu gym on Capital Place in Birtinya, Sunshine Coast, running 24 classes a week Monday to Saturday — no-gi at Fundamentals, All Levels and Intermediate/Advanced, full-ruleset MMA (striking, wrestling, cage work and ground and pound in one class), Kids BJJ 5-14, an invite-only Kids MMA class, an invite-only Pro Team and a weekly open mat.
