MMA Ito Dojo on Belconnen Cres in Brendale is the world headquarters of Submission Arts Wrestling, the multi-discipline system founded in the 1980s by Master Hidetaka Aso, taught by 9th Dan Sensei Toshiyuki Ito. Classes cover MMA striking, kickboxing, an MMA circuit, bootcamp, a kids class, martial arts for seniors and tanden breathing, plus private training.
