About Monsoon Gym

Monsoon Gym & Fight Club sits 50 m from Sairee Beach on Koh Tao and has been running since August 2001, when it was the island's first gym. It is Southeast Asia's first and only 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu affiliate, with a dedicated jiu-jitsu studio alongside Muay Thai, boxing, HIIT boot camps and an air-conditioned weight room, plus an on-site shared dorm for train-and-stay guests. Jiu-jitsu is led by head trainer and co-owner Luke; Muay Thai by former Southern Thailand champion Gon.
